Let’s talk about Luminar 3. How can things change that fast?

1 year ago I was here talking so much about Lightroom and how good it is, and it still has its advantages, and complaining about having to pay the monthly fee for Creative Cloud.

Until major competitors for the post of professional editing program for photographers emerged, The Luminar 3 and On1 Photo Raw 2018 are good examples.

But the day is coming when the Lightroom hegemony is going to fall apart! Look at that.

Skylum, formerly Mcphun, which produces large programs for image editing has just warned about the new Luminar update, which is likely to come out by December.

And in this update we will gain an extremely awaited feature for those who use Luminar, the image library.

Now we will be organizing, cataloging, placing keywords and everything else that we are entitled to.

This is something I have been waiting for for some time, after all Luminar is one of my favorite image editing programs.

Ah Rix, but is it really worth it?

Look to be totally honest with you I believe that one of the biggest advantages of Lightroom was the image library.

And today this is no longer exclusive to Adobe, not even by far. So in terms of program functions as soon as Luminar 2019 comes out, I think it will be much better than Lightroom is today.

If the conversation is just money, let’s do some math. Adobe’s Creative Cloud costs R $ 35.00 per month in the photography plan, you can buy here.

If you multiply by 12, one year of registration, you get R $ 420.00 and you have the following benefits:
